醫院

hospital在這邊是抽象名詞，不可數，不可以加a跟the。

當人們是去「參與它原本的功能、過那種生活」時，習慣不加定冠詞 the。

go to bed「去睡覺」這件事情，bed前面沒加the

當我們用 in bed時，大腦畫面是「被四周的牆壁、邊界包覆在裡面」。
bed 此時是抽象名詞，不可數名詞，不能用a 跟 the。
