claim(動詞)申請退稅/申請保險補償
Tax refund（退稅）的錢，本來就是你多繳給政府的錢。這筆錢在法律上是你的，你只是在做動作把它「要回來（claim）」。

「保險退費／理賠」最常見的搭配詞是 insurance claim 或 insurance payout，而不是直接說 insurance refund。
保險理賠搭配的動詞為submit、make、file，都是提出申請。
