步驟都是一步一步，所以指示相關的名詞，後面都會有S，代表很多步驟跟說明。
follow + the directionS (按照指示)

follow a map 跟著地圖走

follow the signs 跟著標誌/號誌走

for + 距離 時，用來表示某個動作持續多遠。
- You should follow this way for twenty miles. 你应该沿着这条路走二十英里。
follow(動詞) + 人 + to + 目的地
to : 一路跟著對方移動到了哪個終點
- Lead the way, and I will follow you. （帶路吧，我會跟著你的。）
- A cat followed me to my house.貓咪一路尾隨著你，直到你們一起抵達目的地。
- The stray dog followed him to school. （那隻流浪狗一路跟著他到學校。）

Follow + prevents + Ving 預防
- Following signs prevents getting lost.遵循指標防止迷路
Follow + prevent + 受詞 + from + V-ing （防止/阻止某人做某事）
- Following signs prevents us from getting lost.（跟著指標可以防止我們迷路。）
